"After a long journey we were looking forward to getting into our property. Unfortunately first we needed to find they key which was attached to a gate quite a distance from the property. The instructions were unclear, so after 30 mins of walking to all the possible places, we rang Chicaparts. A grumpy person just repeated the same instructions to us over and over. "The apartment is in a great location. Close to a wide range of shops and the train station. The area was quiet at night. Communication with the host was good and good information regarding getting to the location. It is a very small apartment and with the sofa bed out, there was not much room to move around. There wasn't much room around the kitchen table either. The apartment smelt of bleach when we entered but we found it to be quite grubby and unloved. It was disappointing to arrive into it...

"The passcode to the building did not work and i found it hard to gain access. Took the local manager hours to come open it up for me. but the property is okay nonetheless "

"Very nice little studio, not far from the RER station giving easy access to Paris. Tried to use the shower but couldn't get it to heat up, and the communication could have been better as I didn't receive any check in details until after the allowed check in time."
