It features an open-plan kitchen opening onto a bright living area and a south-facing balcony with pleasant views of Val d'Isère and the surrounding mountains. Situated in the La Daille area, it enjoys a prime location with direct access to the ski slopes.

The VALBEL residence is located in the La Daille area, a residential and family-friendly neighbourhood of Val d’Isère. Enjoying a ski-in/ski-out location, it provides direct access to the slopes, ski lifts and ski schools. From the residence, a pedestrian footbridge provides easy access to the La Daille shopping centre, which offers restaurants, a supermarket, ski school offices and ski rental shops.
The residence features a lift and ski lockers located on level -1. Recycling bins are located in the street outside the residence.
At the bottom of the street, a free “Train Rouge” shuttle stop allows easy access to the centre of Val d’Isère, with services towards Le Fornet, as well as to the various areas of the resort.
