Beautiful and warm cottage in Val d’isère

Lovely cottage located in Val d’Isère, close to the ski slopes. It is not only well placed but also situated in a calm area.





Ideal for a family or a group of friends. With big and homely living spaces.





Very well equipped. Can welcome up to 15 people. Each bedroom has a bathrooms and toilet.

The chimney in the living room allows you to spend very pleasant evenings after a day of skiing.





The integrity of the chalet is available.





If you need skis and shoes (with 20% off), a ski instructor, or even a baby-sitter, do not hesitate to contact us.



Free shuttle buses allow you to go to the center of Val d’Isère (in only 3 mins)





When you leave you must:





  • undo the beds, put all the laundry in the hall downstairs,


  • empty the bins,


  • leave the washing machine empty and all dishes clean and put away.


If these things aren’t done, money will be taken off the deposit.

Nice property, however there are plenty of plumbing issues related to bathroom showers that need to be take care of. The hallway bathroom on first floor - water was not draining. One of the bathrooms, the water was spraying all over. In the 3rd bathroom, it was not possible to take a shower at all. The dishwasher has not top panel and needs to be repaired or replaced. Internet signal in the chalet was very weak as well.Nice location with a few steps to the lift and we really enjoyed the sauna as well.

We had a lovely stay here as a group of eight. Very spacious,well equipped,great location right by Laisinant chair lift. The bedrooms are a good size and each has an en-suite.

Excellent séjour

Chalet très agréable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne semaine de ski. Situé à 50 mètres de la première remontée mécanique, vous ne serez jamais loin des pistes. Le gestionnaire du chalet, Etienne, est à l'écoute et très réactif. Je vous le recommande fortement.

Fantastic

The chalet was absolutely perfect for our requirements. We were a group of 11, being two families (including some of our children's partners) and found the chalet had plenty of space to accommodate us all. The bedrooms all being en-suite was a bonus and the boot storage area and lower hallway was great as it kept all their coats, boots, shoes etc. out of the main living/kitchen area! Having the youngsters downstairs meant they left their stuff in their own rooms rather than scattering their belongings in the main living area upstairs! The location of the chalet was also great. We actually preferred being slightly out of the main town. By bus it is just 3 stops into the centre of Val d'Isere and takes about 5 minutes and they run every few minutes from 7am to 4am! Great if you want a late night out. It is also a nice walk into the centre. The Spar (one stop by bus or 5 minute walk) was really well stocked with wine and food. For the skiers, the chairlift is less than a 2 minute walk and you can pretty much ski back direct to the chalet. The owners were fantastic to deal with and if we had any questions/queries their son was able to pop into the chalet within a few minutes. We have no hesitation in recommending both the chalet and their owners and will defintely book again.,

Magnifique chalet

le chalet est tt à fait conforme à l’annonce et agréable à vivre en famille et le gestionnaire à l’écoute des besoins. Si nous avons une remarque à faire les canapés ne sont pas très confortables pour se prélasser en soirée.

Collinson stay

We had a good stay and Jason was very helpful. The Chalet is well positioned. My constructive criticism would be that there should be soap in the bathrooms and that there were incomplete sets is crockery and glass for 14 people

Great location, ok chalet

We were a group of 14 friends and had a fun week in Val D. Location of the chalet is fantastic. It’s right next to a chair lift and the bus stop into the centre of resort. There’s a SPAR shop and ski rental nearby. The chalet itself is good however parts of it are a bit tired, with a few things broken i.e some en suites were not as good as we expected (maybe due to us going at the end of the season). Other than that it was big enough for all of us and has good ski/snowboard storage.

Grand chalet idéalement situé à 100m du télésiège de Laisinant.

Beaucoup d'espace, plein de chambres, jolie décoration dans la grande pièce. Le seul bémol : la vaisselle et équipements pour cuisiner ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing du chalet.

Excellent location with lovely responsive chalet owner

We were a party of 13, four different families and had a fantastic week staying in Etienne’s chalet. Any niggles there inevitably are, were addressed courteously and in a timely fashion. The location of the chalet is great, in a quiet area but with excellent free bus service and very close to a queue free lift. My son says you can ski to the chalet door. We found it offered everything we needed for a wonderful group chalet holiday.

Très bon sejour

Magnifique chalet conforme aux photos. Étienne était la pour nous accueillir. Nous avons apprécié son emplacement, la grande pièce de vie avec la cheminée, la taille de chaque chambre avec chacune une salle de bains. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir
