"Worst Accommodation in my lifetime !!! I had to arrive late at the accommodation for work and called 4 or 5 times in advance to ask how to check in, but the answer machine always answered and no one answered the phone. When we arrived at the facility late at night, we could not locate the reception desk and had no choice but to stay at another hotel nearby that night. When we visited the facility the next morning, the receptionist was arrogant and did not apologize for not answering the phone. I...

"The chalet is beautiful, clean and modern! The location is remote with a gorgeous view! In the summer You can walk 20 min to the Relais, a great place for kids, playground, animals, restaurant and a view . The only thing missing is an outdoor terrace in the summer. There are plenty of balcony but a deck with a hot tub would make it perfect! The number of rooms and bathrooms make it perfect for family reunions. "Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"
