"The trip was so smooth and stress free with all the preparations organised by the hotel ( airport transfer, the lounge( five star) . The island was very relaxing, the villa was amazing my daughter had the best time. I love it all small details in everything , I request some treats in the room as it was my daughter surprise holiday after finish uni, they went above and beyond. The housekeeping team was so genius with the setting. The ladies in the spa…. OMG!!!! They have fairy hands, after one hour massage, I fell in heaven. The pool staff was so welcoming and friendly, but the cherry on top of the cake was my amazing butler Saeed very attentive and helpful. I feel it really special was such an amazing experience overall, I truly recommend it!! I already did to my family and friends. And if opportunity comes in future I would come back for sure. To all the staff thank you soo much, more blessings to all. "

"Stunning location, attentive staff who just avoid in going too far. Excellently maintained facilities and as a vegan, the range of choice of food was exceptional. Room was beautiful (though I caught my foot on an ill-maintained wood plank by my pool causing a large splinter). So much about our trip was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended "

"I was here previously, decided to come for a 20 day stay to recharge.. They really let the place go downhill in every way. I felt like I was doing a spotting job rather than having a vacation especially the first week.simple things like painting rusted things all over the island. Not clearing garbage that washes onto the beach, which I and other guests would put up high on the beach figuring they did a walk around daily. No, same garbage was not even noticed because the management doesn't care. I made my complaints and was told that some quality control expert was coming and they would have the island in shape by December. Lot of good that did me momentarily.it was things that were not even hard to do, simply there was no will. And it wasn't the staff, it's management..Actually had by chance the same room from years ago and saw the same issues not attended to. The food was also low quality, I avoided breakfast, out of 19 nights, maybe 5 breakfasts. Any juices put out we're heavy sugar and they spared every expense. Not a banana in sight the last 10 days of my stay.. I offered to gladly do a walk with the general manager and show him how to fix the place up in a matter of days with staff on hand. Didn't care.. then there is the smoking. Staff quarters are close and obviously no one is told to go to a further section of the small island to smoke. When you're out taking the air on a walk it's not pleasant to suck in a huge amount of smoke. Much more. Bye Dfaru. Disappointed "
