Great location allowed us to walk to all of the restaurants, bars, and venues in the village and Lionshead. Parking under the building was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

I was looking for a place for a long weekend retreat for skiing & quiet reflection. The accommodations were perfect for just that. It was within a 5-8 minute walking distance to the slopes & town and 3 minutes to the church. Very quiet property & clean. The bonus was a great restaurant downstairs. Property manager & team were very gracious & friendly. Check in & check out was very easy. I'd recommend this property.

Perfect Vail stay
We really enjoyed staying at Gate4. The apartment is exactly as shown in pictures and description, perfect for a family of four with two teens. Fairly equipped, has all the basics for a week stay. We rented and stored (included in rental) the ski equipment right by Gondola One, so we didn’t have to do the 5 minute walk to the slopes with ski boots. The unit was clean and the check in process was simple as we received all by mail/text.

Steadman Clinic & Vail Valley Health prime location
We stayed here 5 days while our daughter was in the Vail Valley Health Hospital. PERFECT location. We walked out the front door and we were literally in the back parking lot of the hospital. Location couldn’t have been better. We were pleasantly surprised with how up to date and clean the unit was. Nice being able to dash back and forth without having to park a car or drive anywhere. Short walk to Vail Village and Lions Head. Perfect.

Easy check in and check out process central location makes it a perfect spot to enjoy all that Vail village has to offer. Clean space with plenty of room to relax in the apartment. Kitchen ware could use some updating but all in all it is an excellent property. We stayed there last year and we would rent it again in a minute

Great condo for skiing Vail and Beaver Creek. Excellent location within Vail Village and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and Gondola One. Unit appears to have been recently renovated and updated. High end appliances in kitchen and very nice decor and furnishings. Very clean, well-secured and easy indoor parking. Highly recommended

It was a nice place to stay. We had never been to Vail so we didn't know much about where to stay. Technically it is in Vail Village but it seems to be on the very outskirts of it. I would like to stay more in the center of the village personally. It was a Little farther of a walk than we anticipated. With that said we did enjoy our stay and it was very clean and nice. One thing I would consider upgrading is the sheets and blankets on the beds. They were very papery feeling. Also a nice big comforter of some kind would be good too. Overall we did enjoy our stay and appreciate everything. thanks

Great location
Easy no contact checkin. Only had to Contact mgr once and got an immediate phone call. Right above La Bottega great location. We walked once to Gondola 1. It’s 10+ min walk. Bus pick up is less than 200 yards. Clean place with everything you need in kitchen including newer appliances. I’d ditch a few of the pans but otherwise it’s great coffee maker nespresso maker and kuerig machine too. Brand new Weber grill. Easy access to the condo. We stored our skis outside on the deck as the condo doesn’t have other storage for skis. It was perfect for a family of four with 2 teenage daughters. Only issue was some spotty internet service. Clean comfortable and convenient we’d stay there again

This home is a great, comfortable place to stay. The bunk beds are comfortable for an adult to sleep on. And the location can't be beat—it was wonderful to have dinner in Vail Village and walk home each evening.

Everything great but the internet.
The property is as we expected, good location, close to the slopes and dining areas, everything is great in the condo, but the internet, do not works at all. When you call the administrator they just tell you that is a common problem they can't fix, they answer your call and tell you to unplug it for 30 secs, and after that they can't do anything. everything alls was ok.

Nicely appointed in a great location. Comfortable and clean property. We did have to travel to the kids lessons but the property was close and convenient to the Vail bus. We wound up storing our skis and boots at the base of the mountain to make the travel with kids more easy. Kitchen was adequately stocked and clean. I had a problem with a hair dryer and it was replaced promptly. Very attentive service. No appreciable noise from neighbors but there is some street noise. Noise was mostly from plows and when you are on a ski vacation, it’s a good sign! Would definitely stay there again!

Good location, good for family vacation
We really enjoyed this condo. It is conveniently located one block off of the free Vail in-town shuttle that runs about every 10 mins. This is a 3rd floor unit with elevator access and a dedicated free parking spot in the underground garage. It faces the north side of the Gateway Plaza building and has nice large balcony (better for summer). Gondola one is a relatively short walk (in snowboard boots, it will seem longer in ski boots). You will want to take the shuttle to Lionshead or Golden Peak rather than walk if you are skiing. Also, the Vintage restaurant is on the first floor of this building and is excellent for brunch or dinner. The unit was very clean. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit with bathrooms for each. Double bunk beds in the kids room were better for the younger kids than older ones. King bed in master BR was good. Large master bath with walk in shower. The kitchen was also good and all appliance worked (could have used a pizza pan and cookie sheet). The main downside of the unit is that it faces north toward the frontage road and interstate. This was mainly a problem when the snowplows were running all night long (but that is the price for fresh powder) and also during the morning rush hour since the traffic circle was just outside. We would definitely stay here again.
