"When we checked in they said they had a private shuttle for guests but we’d have to call to get picked up from Elways. We called every number associated with the hotel and nobody answered the phones. So we froze waiting for the city bus."

"It is a very good location, the place we stayed was great inside the room. The lobby was cool they had their Halloween stuff up. However the game room was a little ruff. They had weights just laying on the ground, I think it just needs someone to organize it."

"Excellent communication prior to arrival. Easy checkin even one hour early. Accommodation was excellent, much more than expected: roomy living area, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace. Parking was a big tight for even my average size vehicle, a significant challenge when parking next to full size pickup or SUV. Excellent location within easy walking distance or free bus to anywhere. Very helpful and friendly staff. Definitly a place to stay and will look forward to our next visit there."
