Welcome to our lovely, newly refurbished one bedroom, one bath getaway condo located in East Vail on the free bus route that takes you straight to Vail Village.
It offers Fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, patio and outdoor grill, plenty of storage for your equipment, free parking and bus that runs until 2AM in case you want to do a late walk.
It can sleep 4 people comfortably, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the pull out sofa.
Guests have access to 24-7 self check-in, 4K TV, FREE WI-FI.
The Space
The cozy Bedroom features a custom pine queen bed and incredibly comfortable mattress, vast amount of closet storage, luggage racks and artwork to make you feel at home.

This was a good size apartment for a family of 3, It could fit a couple more since the sofa-bed has a good size. The kitchen is well equipped, so are the bathroom and main room. The location is great; the bus stop is just across the street and it takes you to another stops where there are grocery stores or to Vail Village where you can also connect to Lions head.The communication with the management team was good, they helped to fix a thermostat issue.

The place itself is ok but it needs more items. There were only three mugs, four bowls, two tea towels, no washcloths in the bathroom, no table lamps in the bedroom, etc… For $100 bucks this place would be more welcoming.

For me, the location was not good because it is near the highway and also right next to the main East Vail road. So traffic is loud. I was hoping for a quiet place so it did not meet that goal. The unit is part of a apartment building and the walls area thin so you can hear next door and certainly people above. Washer and dryer were not accessible as the door was locked. There was not something to put clothes or luggage on other than the floor. (or hang what you can in closet) TV and furniture were good. Kitchen set up tight but ok.

This was perfect for a short ski trip. Had everything I needed and was close to the shuttle.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend away for some skiing. Kitchen is stocked ok ( not great) for simple cooking, has a fireplace but we didn’t use it(have to bring your own wood). Ample closet space for clothes and a great basic bathroom. Perfect for the price. Will definitely stay here again. It’s nice being right on the bus line to the village.

My son and I enjoyed staying here on our recent ski weekend. The bus stop is literally 30 steps from the door. It was clean and comfortable. Only issue was it said there was local cable... there is not. There’s a smart tv to watch Netflix etc but no cable. Other than that all good.

never got into the rental...no office...no phone number....no way to get a hold of the guy Even tried the link to the reservation....the link was no longer active. Enjoyed our stay in East Vail. Location is quiet with little to no facilities (just a convenience store nearby). Condo was clean and stocked with new quality kitchen supplies, towels, bedding. TV was minimal. Met our needs.

This property is only a few miles from Vail Village. It is newly updated, clean, and very well kept. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. The surrounding properties are quiet and well maintained making us feel extremely safe. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The property had all the amenities you could think of, including a hair dryer (thank goodness since I forgot mine). We will definitely be staying here again when we are in Vail again!

Excellent location close to Vail Village but for half the price as hotels in Vail Village. Very clean and the owner is very quick to respond to any questions you may have. We will book this property next time we are in Vail.

I would have given it 5 stars but for the extremely slow internet speed. Here on work and couldn’t use the internet. Also no tv so it was set up to stream and internet was too slow to stream movies. That being said, it was beautifully renovated and in a great location!
