The four bedrooms are scattered between floors. The main bedroom is located on the top floor, while two guest bedrooms quietly occupy the middle floor, leaving the bunk room tucked away on the first floor.

Step out of the front door to stroll down Forest Road towards Lionshead or Vail Village. Stop in at the Chophouse for dinner and live music, or enjoy cocktails at Dec+Bowl before heading back home for a cozy night by the fireplace. WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- A member of the InvitedHome team will meet and greet.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
