Summary:
Live like a true local at this centrally located first-floor condo in Vail's Sandstone neighborhood!

Situated between Lionshead Village and West Vail, you can find yourself on the mountain just minutes after stepping out the door. The free Sandtsone bus picks up right out front, or you can walk to Lionshead in 15 minutes. With a gas fireplace, spacious living room, and updated kitchen, you will enjoy a memorable vacation on and off the slopes.

The Space:
This condo has one bedroom with a king-size bed and a queen-size pullout couch in the living room. There is one full bathroom and a sizeable kitchen with modern appliances. The space can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The condo is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the free town of Vail bus system.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire space except for a closet lockoff.

The Neighborhood:
Sandstone is a neighborhood located between West Vail and the ski villages. It is a 15 minute free bus ride to Vail Village, a 15 minute walk to Lionshead Village, and a 5 minute drive to West Vail.

Getting Around:
Two parking spaces are available for this condo, but a car is not necessary in Vail. The free TOV bus stops right out front and can take you to Vail Village in 15 minutes. Lionshead Village is a 15 minute walk across the pedestrian bridge. West Vail, with grocery stores, restaurants, and ski shops, is a 5 minute drive. The ECO bus can be used from Vail Village to visit neighboring towns, including Beaver Creek.
