"Stayed here for one night for a flying visit to Hannover. The room was very comfortable with a nice modern ensuite and good air conditioning. Nice and clean in the room and the public spaces that we saw (we didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment on that). The location was very convenient with a U-bahn stop right outside the hotel that got us into the city centre in about 10 or 15 minutes. Very smooth checking in and checking out with friendly, helpful staff. I would definitely return...

"This should not be listed as a hotel - this is a room for rent. It was missing many bare essentials that have been standard in hotels for decades and the service was absolutely horrible. None of rooms had necessities like clocks, phones, hand towels, or tissues. Refrigerators nor safes were available, which is extra relevant saying the doors are about as thick and robust as an old pizza box. Despite having a "Queen bed" (it was two twins pushed together), we were provided with a single pillow...
