"I cannot fault this hotel, the location is perfect for the arena and the Piazza Bra. The reception has a lovely large lobby area with comfy sofas and a bar. My room was quiet, clean, well designed and comfortable. The shower room looks new. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of variety. All the staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the receptionist on duty on Sunday evening 15th June who went out of his way to arrange taxis to the airport for 5 of us when we were panicking because we couldn't find one. "

"Lovely place and clean. The staff are so helpful; they're excellent and couldn't wish for better. The hotel is very well placed for The Arena/Piazza Bra as well as Piazza Erbe - lots of cafes and restaurants to choose from. A short walk to "Juliet's Balcony & house". Trains to Lake Garda and beyond; the bus to other places. Very cheap and the train in particular was very reliable. Our ultimate accolade for the hotel is: We would gladly stay there again.
