Elle comporte beaucoup de chambres et salles de bains, qui permet à chacun d’avoir son espace. L’espace salon est très cosy, la salle à manger est grande et la cuisine bien équipée. "Let’s start of with the positive things: - Olivier was easy to reach and responded quickly - unfortunately the power in some rooms got cut. he send three people to fix it and it was fixed within a few hours. - the backyard and location are amazing! now to the negative things: - it wasnt very clean. there were apider webs everywhere. we found "

"We had a good time in a very nice house, big enough for a group of 7, two kids and a dog. It was clean, the communication was well-organized and friendly and we had no difficulties. Only two things were not perfect. The garden was small and at most places like a hill - but with a place to have barbecue. But it had no door and sometimes we wished it had, because of the dog and the kids. The second thing is the main-street. It was too warm inside to keep the windows closed and too loud to let...

"Le chalet est grand et nous a permis de venir à 9 adultes et 2 enfants pour fêter Noël. La propriétaire avait mis un sapin et plein de décorations de Noël! Et il y avait plein de jeux de société pour les enfants. Merci!Le chalet est en deux appartements non communiquant, c’est la partie moins pratique car les deux entrées sont assez éloignées.Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Metzeral. The house was very clean, the rooms perfectly proportioned with two ideal bathrooms and a large living room and dining room which was ideal for 8 of us. Everything was thought off, with wine and cake when we arrived, coffee in the cupboard and beer in the fridge!! There were even bikes in the garage, probably the best house we have ever stayed in.we will recommend to friends and hopefully come back soon."

"Dont judge a book by the cover. . The area around was industrial with a lot of car show rooms on a main road. Google maps showed the canal and River but you cant see these. HOWEVER, the welcome was warm and friendly. Between my poor French and the receptionist's broken English, we understood each other! The hotel was clean and tidy. There was a lovely court yard garden, with the rooms around. The bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast was plentiful , fresh and delicious. We were able to sit outside. We arrived on motorbikes, and immediately we were shown an area to park under a security camera. There were at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. As we left, all the staff were cleaning and all said goodbye."
