"Note-- this hotel has two buildings that are attached to each other via a hallway. One building is new and has elevators. The other is an old building w/stairs that go up and down..and back up, and has NO elevator. The staff carried our suitcases up and down the stairs, but I felt like we were in an old dumpy hotel. The "family room" had a very old uncomfortable pullout sofa with metal box springs. Definitely needs to be replaced. We learned that the "old" hotel was an office building, and the Thon hotel bought it and never put in an elevator. Also, it was super loud-- until about 1:30am, could hear people outside laughing and talking. On the plus side, the location is central and breakfast was very good."
