She was clearly proud of the hotel which is newly renovated with brand new room facilities (kitchenette, utensils, bathroom/shower, furniture etc). "After quite a weird reception of a woman shouting from a basement window with mosquito netting to me, a only greek speaking gardener showed me my room. It was simple, but clean and spacious. When I came back in the later evening I found that there was no remote controll for the air condition and nobody who could help me. The telephone number at Hotel.com did not work. With 35 degrees it spend a terrible night which ruined the short stay in Petros for me."

"We came to a locked gate and the phone went unanswered but the gentleman in the market across the street called for us and it turned out that the hotel is closed until March! The owner came and opened a room for us, took a third of the price we had expected to pay and ran around to get us a heater and more blankets.
