"No me gustó el tema del parking porque nosotros nos equivocamos y entramos a una propiedad privada y pasamos un mal momento. Pienso yo que el hotel pudiera poner el letrero del hotel más visible para evitarnos a los clientes como nosotros el mal momento. Pero por lo demás un lugar lindísimo, buen desayuno, muy buena habitación y todo excelente."

"We enjoyed our stay . Our room was very spacious, equal to 4 star locations and the amenities were very good ( parking and restaurant ). It was an easy 5 minute drive into the small town which had more restaurants and shops. This hotel is located in a beautiful area of the Picos de Europe, ideal for those who enjoy hiking and nature Meals ( breakfast and dinner) were very good and the restaurant staff were excellent and very helpful The hotel quality, location and service is far better than many 3 star rated hotels. Ideal place to stay if the mountains are your destination"

"All good as others have mentioned. Things to add, A dish towel and some shelves for clothes would be great. The laundry was a big perk - clean the lint trap in the dryer or your clothes will take forever to dry. The stove will lock your usage if you don’t pay attention - put larger pots and pans on the back burner."

"Me gustó el hotel. El cuarto era grande y comodo. Buenas camas, buen baño. El personal nos recibió muy bien. Pero…. En la noche, ya entrada la madrugada llegaron otros huéspedes al mismo piso. Debian tener dos o tres cuartos. Pero se pasaron por todo el pasillo entre risa y risa, hablando altisimo, corriendo y lo peor, tocando las puertas de los de más huespedes, incluyendo la nuestra. Les escribi pidiendo ayuda al hotel y no hubo respuesta. Esos huespedes hicieron escandalo toda la madrugada y nadie del personal llegó. En fin, no dormimos ni con tapones en los oídos."

"Las Arenas proved to be the ideal location for us to explore Picos de Europa National Park. This hotel is also great for leaving the car parked and walking into the village for an evening meal and a drink at the end of the day. Plenty of parking spaces around the hotel and a little cafe 2 minutes down the road for our breakfast. Very pleased with our stay, we made a good choice."
