"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. We were celebrating a special birthday and there were some lovely touches in the room. The spa was clean and relaxing, modern facilities. Housekeeping kept our room exceptionally clean and comfortable. Any help we needed was quickly received. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious. The location was great - right next to the metro and walking distance from the lake. Would love to stay again."

"Great property just steps from Lake Geneva. The room and hotel were beautiful and grand. The breakfast that was included had great variety and made for a stress free morning. Especially since you can sit on the terrace overlooking Lake Geneva. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The spa, gym, pools are modern and quite large. It's really nice the property has both an indoor and outdoor pools. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"We had a wonderful stay at Royal Plaza Montreux celebrating Richard’s 81st birthday. The front desk team were exceptional and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.. Our lake view room was beautiful, and breakfast by the lake was a real highlight. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a truly memorable stay! ❤️"

"The staff was very helpful, always available and we had no problem communicating in English, The room were very clean and spacious. Breakfast had a great selection at their buffet. Location was very strategic by the train station and subway with a number of great restaurants close by."

"We booked two rooms and had a fabulous 3-night stay here. Both hotel receptionists were very welcoming; they were especially helpful giving us sightseeing details, great dining options nearby at the lakefront etc always with a cheerful face! Our rooms are comfortably spacious and have a balcony. This hotel has a laundry facility (just what we needed) and is conveniently located right next to the Montreux railway station and to the nearby tram stops. An ideal base for visitors like us to explore what Montreux has to offer!"

"Hotel bien situé face au lac Léman avec une vue splendide sur le lac et les montagnes. Station de trains à quelques minutes qui vous permet de visiter Vevey et Montreux. Hotel directement dans les vignes, qui peuvent être visitées. Recommander."

"Chambre petite avec salle de bain à l’étroit. Personnel peu accueillant probablement en raison de la formule self check-in. Hôtel correct et bien situé par rapport à la gare de Renens. De plus, nous avons apprécié le message indiquant la direction à suivre."
