"Sehr netter Vermieter und die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich schön. Die Unterkunft selber ist leider in einigen Punkten nicht wie beschrieben. Wir haben nach einer FeWo/Ferienhaus mit Pool oder wie hier Schwimmteich gesucht. Der Teich auf dem Grundstück besteht aus einer schlammigen Brühe und hat nicht mal mehr ein Drittel der eigentlichen Füllhöhe. Es ist also nicht möglich ihn zu nutzen. Das in der Beschreibung angegebene TV existiert nicht . Die Gartenmöbel bestehen aus 3 etwas in die Jahre...

"The house is nicely renovated, well equipped and has air condition in the bedroom, which I appreciated a lot, since it was really hot the last couple of days. From the balcony you have a pleasant view into the surrounding hills and it is really quiet - no traffic, just tweeting birds. The hosts are nice and friendly. Everything was perfect. "Partiamo col dire che la casa si trova in una posizione ideale se si cerca una vacanza rilassante..tutta circondata da bellissime colline. Nella casa non manca assolutamente nulla(forse l'aria condizionata per quando fa davvero caldo). Il giardino è davvero immenso,grandi alberi che regalano ampie zone d'ombra..noci,fichi,ciliegi...piscina grande e tenuta sempre pulita da Gabriella. Che dire..consigliatissima circondata da bellissime "

"Wer die Ruhe sucht, mit italienischen Flair, ist hier genau richtig! Sehr schön geschmackvoll renoviertes gepflegtes Haus, mit liebe zum Detail. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Von der Waschmaschine bis zum Geschirrspüler ist alles vorhanden:) Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die einen auch mit frischem Gemüse und Obst aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnen. Hunde sind auch herzlich willkommen. Der Pool ist auch sehr angenehm und gepflegt!"
