"The housing was older than described, there was holes in the walls and torn furniture, and there was a huge bug that was on the pillow of one of the beds. We had a great time with the pool and appreciated the massive support from the house associate. And thankfully we outsourced a chef (which we had to pay an unknown additional fee to have assist us) because when the power went out for the morning through the early afternoon, he was able to figure out how to prepare meals with stovetop only. "

"One of a kind home with a character and design unlike any other we’ve seen. It was a memorable stay with lovely times in the pool listening to the howler monkeys in the nearby hills We had the added benefit of getting to know the property owner Chimene. Thank you! Team Canada"

"The property was clean and as described. However, the hot water cut out every few minutes when showering. The hand soap in each bathroom was not usable since they put regular soap in a container meant for foam (they also had bars of soap so it was ok)."
