One of the air co dirtiness was not working. The extra blanket in the closet smelled of dampness. The staff was not friendly or courteous. When we asked for help with a taxi they said they didn’t do that."

Also they do not offer hand towels. there is no toiletries in the bathroom. I definitely do not recommend this hotel for anybody."
