Dream location on the outskirts with large pool and garden, very quiet.

The 70m² apartment is located on the ground floor of a traditional ‘mas' and is fully air conditioned. Equipped with a large living and dining area it offers room for 5 people. The open kitchen has a dishwasher (Bosch), induction hob, oven (Siemens), Nespresso coffee machine, fridge / freezer (Liebherr), microwave (Samsung) and washing machine (Beko), toaster and kettle. Cleaning products are provided.

The bathroom is equipped with Italian shower, electric towel-dryer, toilet. One bedroom with king size bed (180X200) and separate toilet is also located on the ground floor. One (children's) bedroom with 2 single beds (90X200). The living area has a small office area with wireless Internet access and a pullout couch, plus a flat-screen TV (LG) with satellite channels and DVD.

The apartment is located on a 1 acre resort with a beautiful garden and an olive trees park, with depending on the season olives, figs, pomegranates, apricots and grapes, and underground remains of the Roman aqueduct of the Pont du Gard. Adjacent to the property is the HARIBO museum.

The city centre can be reached in about 5 minutes.

In 2015 the region has been internationnally distinguished by UNESCO as a 'world biosphere reserve' (les Gorges du Gardon, Uzès and Nîmes, 9th June 2015).
