"إقامه جميله ولكن حجزي كان غرفه بريمير مطله على الهايد بارك وتم إعطائي غرفه مطله على فندق الانتر الكونسيرج ليس كالسابق وغير دقيق كما عهدته بالسنوات السابقه التجمعات في اللوبي ليلاً لمجموعات لا تسكن في الفندق فيه مضايقه وعدم راحه للساكنين وقد كان الفندق سابقاً يمنعهم من الدخول بعد الساعه 12 لدواعي أمنيه ولكن الأن سمح للجميع وهذا شيء مؤسف"

Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary.
