In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Grocery 2.5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Sägewerk Hochfilzer" 1 km, railway station "Bahnhof Uttendorf" 2.5 km, bathing lake "Badesee Uttendorf" 3 km. Gondola lift 15 km, ski bus stop 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Weißsee Gleterwelt 15 km, Kitzsteinhorn - Maiskogel 17 km, Schmittenhöhe 18 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Zeller See 19 km. Hiking paths: ab Haus. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

What an awesome time

The host made our stay remarkable. I don't know where to start, actually. The cleanness of the apartment, the readiness of the host, or the beauty of the location. It's 18 minutes to Zell am see and Kaprun.The kitchen is totally ready as well as barbecue grill on site. Thank you for the host Peter and his mom for creating a great memories for us.
