"Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "

"AC did not work. Finally was changed to another room. AC did not work in that room either. At restaurant, BIG cockroach running down glass near table and across floor. WIFI weak, very slow (like dial-up) and dropped off more than once. Property has potential, but greater attention to details would be helpful."

"Hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly. Airport pick up and drop off services were awesome. Food from restaurant were very tasty. As we checked in late, we were very happy that they served our very late night 12:30am order."

"Since my flight was very late on the day I checked out, they kept luggage for the entire day. The person at the front desk let me use a shower in a room for an hour so I could freshen up and change clothes after a long day in Dhaka and before my flight. The breakfast was nice, with a variety of freshly baked pastries and other food options. "

"I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. There was no hot water, the room was infested with mosquitos, I slept an hour but then woke up to having been bitten all over and at 4am a very large droning noise started which when I queried it, was the water pump. Not sure why they'd want to turn that on at 4am with a full house of guests! On...

I’m 6,2 and I touched the ceiling with my forearm. The equipment was not working properly. If they can fix that, this place is awesome. "
