They were vastly different in cleanliness, condition, and amenities. Cleanliness on the whole wasn't great, but our second place really made the first look like a palace. "I don't recommend it to anyone. I asked for a late check in in good time and was told that I would receive an email with a code, I was waiting all day for the code but I didn't receive anything. I called again before starting the trip and the lady said she would send a message with the code. I traveled 3 hours with a 5 month old baby and when I arrived there was no message or email. I called customer support and after waiting 20 minutes I was answered, but the lady provided all the wrong...

"Lovely place with a great sized room and very easy to commute to and from into Amsterdam. Good set of amenities! Very easy to go upstairs and grab food or drinks too if you want. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. For 3 guests in one room, a nice touch would be a small chest of drawers somewhere maybe for clothes. "
