Wonderful stay at this beautiful garden property with a nice pool area and great free breakfast. It's just a little up the road out of the main beachfront town area, about a five minute walk. Would highly recommend it!

Great property & staff! The rooms were clean and with AC. The bar with the view was excellent! The staff was so sweet and kind when our daughter got sick, they tried to help in any way possible! 10/10 recommend and will be staying there when I come back

Great property, beautiful location. I would say that they would need to allow some form of partnership with a taxi company or private service for those who want to be out past 10pm when the shuttle stops. I love that the staff will book excursions for you and allow you to make the most of your experience. I do think there is room for an all inclusive for the guests. This hotel is everything! Our room was as beach front as you can get and we loved mornings and evenings on the patio. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. Every single person, including the owners of the property, were so welcoming and friendly…even the 24-hour security guards (we never felt unsafe the entire time on the island but it was just a little peace of mind). This was our second stay. Both times were wonderful. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We tried several things on the menu at the restaurant during our two week stay and found that everything is prepared with fresh ingredients and looks as good as it tastes. It’s the best place not only for the location, but the pool, hotel amenities, restaurant, staff, and walking distance to all the best attractions the island has to offer. Minutes of snorkel away from the beautiful, colorful, amazing coral reef.

We made our plans at the last minute and found the West Bay Lodge through Expedia. We booked two rooms, one for us and one for the kids. We received an email shortly after booking asking about our plans, any special requests, etc. I thought that was nice. Since we were staying over the course of a week the hotel had a driver meet us at the airport and drive us to the lodge. Upon arrival they let us know that we couldn't get two adjoining rooms since we had only booked the day before but...

Perfect location right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Hotel was clean and had delicious breakfast.

The property was incredibly convenient, excellent location central to West Bay. Easy access to loads of dinning options, activities and services. Beach front bar is epic and pool side oasis is incredibly relaxing. From the Minute we were greeted at the airport, we felt special. We were picked up on time and driven to our hotel where We were given a welcome drink and shown to our room. This was my first time here but won't be my last! Beautiful room without the noise of a big hotel..I loved my beautiful private balcony and the staff are wonderful! I even ran into the bartender off duty and she came up to me.. Super pleasant and let me know if my group wanted to join them or needed anything.. Now that is great customer service!

This was our 5th time to West Bay and highly recommend. This is why we liked it- Spacious, clean, great balcony, and fanatic location. Argentinian Grill staff were extremely accommodating, attentive, and welcoming. Only complaint is the rooster at the house next door. Would stay here again!

My family and I stayed here for seven days. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Carlos, the manager was amazing , the DJ at bar, Jack kept us laughing and entertained at the pool bar even made our kids chocolate shakes..everyone was so kind and attentive to our needs. Taquela Jack’s bar and restaurant is the best. Probably one of the cleanest on the island.

Stayed for 11 nights & the location is perfect. Anything you need is within walking distance. Only negative was the “step down”, when exiting the toilet. I didn’t have the light on & crashed into door frame, first day. Bloody arm that needed a lot of neosporin & bandaids. Would definitely stay there again.

It's a pricey hotel, but my wife and I found it worth the money. First of all it seemed like the most modern and secure hotel in the whole city. It's located right on the waterfront, with a giant pool and a bar outside. The rooms are clean and very spacious, very modern, so the ones who have allergies shouldn't be worried.
