"Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them."

"We were a group of seven adults and the house served us perfectly. We enjoyed the location and were able to walk to the Elmwood village and the Niagara River. The best of the West side of Buffalo "

"Let me first say please do any and all research before you book this property. This neighborhood is awful. Literally witnessed someone break into the house across the street. We were scared to let the kids play outside. They do have a fenced in back yard, it’s barely hanging on, and the grass was not cut. We reached out on weds night expressing concerns with cleanliness and the grass - our kids wanted to at least run around in the back yard. It wasn’t safe for them to play in the front. After...
