"A lovely place to stay in Kanazawa. Comfortable and quiet with lovely staff. The only issue we had was communication on breakfast booking. We stayed for 3 nights but as hadn't pre booked could not have breakfast - even though we tried with the night before and 2 days in advance."

"This hotel was absolutely beautiful! From the beautiful entryway, the carved headboard, the sumptuous fabrics and tile choices, and all the bathroom amenities. The staff were totally accommodating and knowledgeable. The location was perfect. A lovely stay."

"What a treat it was to stay in this beautiful hotel! Our room was just beautiful and quite large with a floor to ceiling window looking into the lovely, peaceful courtyard garden. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was huge and the amenities were the best of all the places we stayed at on our trip to Japan! But nothing beats their breakfast spread each morning! My goodness! "I wish there was a less expensive breakfast option."

"We were absolutely impressed by how clean and beautiful the room was! It came with a ton of great amenities, and the staff was incredibly helpful."
