"Fantastic stay. Wonderful rooms, very comfortable bed. Balcony was a treat. There was a small issue of cleanliness where there was water leftover in the coffee pot and towels left on the bathroom floor when I arrived. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay."

"The basement description of this property along with the pictures of inside were accurate to this listing. There was no issue with being in the basement aside from the steady noise level from the owners and pet(s) above which made relaxation somewhat difficult. While close and convenient to downtown, would like to mention that the area of this neighborhood may not feel the safest for everyone. "

"It was a very nice house , there was a couple things that stood out to me. Cleanliness could’ve been better lots of dust and trash under couches as well as dead bugs. There were some stains on the walls and stains on the sheets. Hair was still in shower drain, there was also a zyn pouch in the pullout couch in living room. The pull out bed in living room wouldn’t pull out , there wasn’t a welcome tray like it said in the book. Power also went out randomly the two days we were there as well as a clicking in the can lights by the coffee maker and coffee maker would only work sometimes. The tv downstairs unfortunately didn’t work either. It really was a nice house and I would stay again but I definitely think cleaning and electrical should be checked. I definitely think a grill should be added so customers could have a cook out with their stay! Overall I was mostly satisfied and thank you for your historical beauty of a home"
