"We had an excellent stay at Alma Azul. This is a hidden gem in El Salvador. The staff couldn't have been nicer, and were extremely attentive. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. The room was simple, but functional, with hot water, decent internet and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was located in a very quiet area, just a few minutes from the beach - you could hear the waves crashing on the shore from the bathroom. We would definitely return."

"Bret, was a good communicator and advisor of the area. The hotel and the rooms were clean and A/C were top shelf stuff. The whole hotel was re-done with up to date amenities. I am planing on returning next year and I will definitely stay here again. The beach is literally a 1 minute walk, all the restaurants and all the fun stuff is surrounded by the hotel. Highly recommend."
