But i am happy to say we had no issues. However the online checking form and the contract you have to sign are a bit too much! "This was not a hotel, very difficult communication, 3or 4 different people sent me texts, very confusing. Then they charged us half of the room price for check in at 10 pm, because of our plane delay. Plus same amount for taxes. Also, They offered a shuttle from the airport, the lady driver got lost, i borrowed her my iPhone to use my maps and found the hotel. and then charged us same room price in euros. I do Not recommend this place"

"Needs to change grout and needs shelf for the toiletries inside the shower , invest on coffee machine appliances getting old other than that everything is good "

"If you don't mind not having live people managing a front desk, this is the place to be. Liked that we were within a 15 min. walk to main attractions but was a little bit wary of the first couple of blocks that were residential and full of graffiti. Where I come from, graffiti means not a safe area. The apartment was clean but sad that others before us damaged furniture and left dirt/scratches on walls. It could use fresh paint throughout and mold in bathroom mold grout/sealants removed."
