"The hotel is a little dated but in a convenient location across from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the old town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reason that I rated it so low as my husband and I would wake up with insect bites that we first thought were mosquito bites because he had found a few mosquitoes in the room. After examining the bites we feared it was bed bugs so we stripped the beds down to the mattress and with the flashlights on our phones we discovered tiny bugs crawling. We reported it to reception and they replaced the mattresses but did not acknowledge there were bed bugs. Also when we checked into our room the toilet wasn’t flushing properly and had to replace the tank the next day. The rooms were serviced daily. "

"Great budget hotel. Stayed in a single person room. It was simple without anything fancy. But, it also still came with a big balcony with an ocean view! Hotel included breakfast. The pool was nice, albeit cold! Pool closed for the evening at 7pm. Very nice location near the beach and walking distance to the old town. Also pretty quite. "

The woman in charge of the breakfast area was very engaging and recommended some wonderful places to visit during our stay. "Roberta at the front desk gave us great service and a great chat about Alghero. Everything was extremely clean and fresh. The Blue bar upstairs had excellent food and drink but they could have used another server. The only fault in cleanliness was a huge pile of cigarettes butts outside the second floor restaurant leading to the patio.A small complaint… for a great stay . Highly recommend."

"The location is incredible, quiet, beautiful, clean, right in the middle of everything, walking distance to the water, historical town. We also went to the Neptunes Cave, 645 steps, amazing, very good restaurants, we ate at a restaurant just 100 metres, very good price 13. euros. 2 choices, there is a grocery store also thats great. we definitely would go again. The room with balcony was the best. Elegant european feel!"
