"Check-in attendant wasn't very friendly. They only accept cash, but I thought I had paid online. He rudely told me I was wrong. I asked him to help my friend get to the train station and he said "why?". With customer service like that you could have a ticket machine do a better job."

"Very thin walls, can hear conversations of neighbours. Thankfully they were quiet most days. Overall great area, stayed 20 days, very happy. I would come again. Very clean and well-furnished. Could use more hangers to dry clothes and a larger dining table (was very small even for just 2 people)."

"The staff at the hotel are super polite and helpful. The service is great. The airport shuttles is very convenient. It also has shuttle to train station and nearby outlet. The place is kept very clean. It has restaurants and 24 hour convenient store on site. In lobby, it has flight schedule display, and a luggage scale. The staff are always checking if anyone needs help, from returning room key to carrying luggage. "
