The house with 2 separate holiday apartments is located directly on Lake Userin, on a completely fenced, approx. 4,000 m² waterfront property. The jetty belonging to the house can be used for fishing (free fishing licence for this area), boating and swimming. A rowing boat and a pedal boat are also available. The Useriner See is also an ideal starting point for extensive paddling tours. Numerous forest lakes are located in the immediate neighbourhood and can be reached via canals.



The two identical, approx. 100 sqm holiday apartments are spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room (leather couch, flat-screen TV) and the kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher). On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and the bathroom with shower/WC. This holiday apartment 2 (DZV695) also has a guest WC on the ground floor and a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartments are centrally heated and have insect screens on the windows. There are also parking spaces, bicycle storage facilities, additional seating and sunbathing areas on the property, barbecue, free Wi-Fi, cot, high chair, a rowing boat and pedal boat.



The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs, bed linen and towels. Pets are allowed in this property.



Useriner Mühle is a district of Userin on the lake of the same name between the small towns of Neustrelitz and Wesenberg (7 km each). The Useriner See is located in the Müritz National Park and is part of the popular "Upper Havel Waterway". Shopping facilities in Userin.
