"This is a large tourist hotel in the suburbs of Madrid convenient to the airport and a railroad station that you can use to travel into the city. We needed an accessible room because of my wife's limited mobility. The one we got at Hotel 101 was the best we have ever had in our extensive travels. Make sure to get a rate that includes breakfast so you can avoid a 14 Euro charge per person. While the breakfast room stays open until 9PM serving lunches and dinner, it is not really a restaurant that you would expect to find in Spain. We had one dinner in an almost empty dining room and were served by a waitress who spent most of the time setting up for breakfast the next day. The entertainment system in the room can be navigated in English, but the cable TV is exclusively in Spanish The Netflicks offerings cost additional money.."

As a single woman travelling, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again as I felt safe comfortable and well looked after.."

"The staff at this hotel are very friendly and polite. They really made a difference to our stay. The hotel was nice and was kept very clean. This hotel would be great for lively couples or friends. Our disappointment was the noise level throughout the hotel. It was impossible to get any peace at all, including in our room. Since discovering it was an autism friendly hotel, we had high hopes. On arrival our son recieved an autism friendly gift bag, which was so kind and thoughtful. This really made such a difference to us, and it was highly appreciated. We requested a quiet room ahead of time and expressed our concerns regarding noise because we have an autistic son. At no point did the hotel inform us that this hotel would not be suitable. The way the hotel is set up, there is no way to escape the noise throughout this hotel. My son was upset and crying until the music stopped at 11pm every night. We were told that we have the quietest room in the hotel. I don't suffer from noise sensitivity myself, but I also struggled with the noise and found this frustrating. Its not a bad hotel, it just wasn't suitable for us. I just wished that the staff members could have informed us beforehand when I expressed concerns."

"What a great hotel! Huge, beautiful, spacious, the nicest employees, the clear best out of the 5 hotels we stayed at during our trip. The breakfast buffet is amazing and there is a HUGE selection. The staff are so nice - especially Jamie/Jaime at the front desk! The beds are the most comfortable we had in Spain. Everything was super clean. I would stay there every time if i could!"
