"Hemos estado prácticamente solo para dormir. La cama era muy cómoda y la habitación estaba súper caliente, incluso dejando la ventana abierta un ratito. "Todo pésimo. El dueño del hostal se había equivocado al configurar la página y nos dijo que por el precio entregado en la página no nos podía atender. Le pedí que nos cancelara la estancia y me devolviera el dinero, lo hizo de forma tal que él no tuviera que pagar la multa de 300 euros que él debía pagar por no atendernos. Al menos me devolvió el dinero que habíamos pagado."

"Mi estancia ha sido muy buena. En varias paquinas de búsqueda del alojamiento está mal indicada la hora de la entrada. Es a las 17h. Pero el dueño ha sido muy amable y se ha resuelto el problema ( porque hemos venido mucho antes). No somos habituales clientes que utilizan este tipo de alojamientos y no sabiamos que hay que llevar ropa de la cama consigo. Pero no hay problema se alquilan sábanas por 3€. "Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. Good Value Hotel in Great Location
"This hotel is in a great location at the top of the main high street in the capital of Andorra. Everything within the city is within walking distance and considering the location the room was remarkably quiet. The room was modern and the bathroom was new and kept to a good standard. They had eco friendly shower gel, body oil and shampoo housed in non plastic eco friendly packaging. Staff were friendly, WiFi was good and there was a coffee/cafe immediately below the hotel if you wanted a snack or bite to eat. They do provide parking for €15 a day however I didn’t use this as there was street parking for €1.30 per hour close by with it being free between 2000hours to 0930hours each day. Carparks also only charge €3.65 for overnight stays if the street parking is full but I was lucky enough not to have to use them. The city itself is in easy commute to all areas in Andorra but I would suggest a car makes it easier to get everywhere. Overall this is a great place to stay in the capital and I would definitely stay here again when I am back in Andorra."
