"This hotel was highly rated in all aspects but did not live up to majority of its standards. We arrived about 2015 hours as our flight was delayed, upon arrival we did not receive a welcome drink (Expedia said we should be receiving) and we were starving so we asked if the restaurant was open on the hotel as we just wanted to eat and relax after a long day of travel.
