"We had a great stay at El Balcon, the staff was friendly and made check in super easy. The rooms were clean and very cute. It gets chilly at night and they had heaters. The layout of the hotel is beautiful. The restaurant has delicious food, plus the chefs were super accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here! "

"The property is charming and the staff is great. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Slight inconveniences is the property is part of an overall commercial building so your access to enter the bldg during very early and very late hours must work around the staff letting you in & out. They ask you control the water use and leave lights & a/c off when not needed. All understandable but many people don’t to feel controlled by basic essentials in a hotel."
