"Sofa bed looked like it had been recovered from a flood damaged property. Communication none existent, locked in unmanned reception unable to get out and no toilet, shocking. Host even entered apartment removing all belongings well before check out time causing us problems at airport with bag declarations. Shocking stay avoid unless desperate and then think twice "
