Fantastic hotel with great view and rich breakfast

The stay was very nice, the hotel rooms were satisfactory but my highlights were the staff. Extremely friendly and helpful, the kitchen lady was especially very friendly. Talking about food, the breakfast was rich and very tasty, I came with my mom who is a picky traditional turkish cuisine eater and she was impressed. With the view in the morning, it was a 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Krall and his son were amazing. They made us feel at home. Very cute bed and breakfast. They work so hard to make sure their guests have a good time in Cappadocia. They also help coordinate tours, transportation, balloons, etc. I recommend booking stuff with them, we did a bunch of research in town and they definitely offer the most competitive rates. Hope to be back soon!

Amazing view of city

It was a beautiful experience we have at hotel. Room is clean , and convenient for stay for me and my cousin. They have a beautiful breakfast. Amazingly freandly staff. And they make you feel special. Also on Saturday we had a alive music 🎶 . Definitely recomendated for everyone. Did I tell they have a balcony patio and view of whole city.

The host was very helpful and friendly. Gave us many great recommendations. The breakfast was generous but mostly cold items. Facility was walking distance to many restaurants and downtown. The town is on a hill so be prepared to climb. They kept the facility very clean. However I have mixed feeling about cave rooms in general (not specific to this hotel). Not much ventilation and was muggy and smelly. It was a great experience but not sure I would do it again.

Wonderful place

This stay was the very best, to say the least. The hospitality was unmatched, the hotel was not just beautiful, but an amazing experience. The breakfast served ( by a wonderfully attentive staff. The rooms are very clean, & hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, shopping, & a wide variety of open air restaurants . We had some difficulty with our rental motorcycle & the staff became friends. They arranged for a mechanic to come to the hotel, & repairs paid for by the rental company. They spent several hours interpreting phone calls, & making arrangements for our care, & even arranging our hot air balloon ride, & pick up. I can honestly say that this was one of, if not the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I could never thank them enough

Beklentimin çok altında kaldı. Oda çok sıkışıktı. Basık bir yapısı var. Tuvalet ve banyoda bir askı ve sıvı sabun bile yoktu. Kendi otoparkı yok çevrede nereyi bulduysak oraya park ettik. Hospedaje único y excelente!

Todo estuvo excelente, Kaan junto con su padre nos dieron la bienvenida y nos apoyaron todo el tiempo durante la estancia, fueron super amables, nos preparararon un desayuno delicioso, nos ayudaron a ordenar comida y a agendar nuestros traslados al aeropuerto, guardaron nuestro equipaje y nos permitieron esperar en recepción, posterior a nuestro check out. Pero además, las instalaciones son de ensueño, las habitaciones están construidas en cuevas y tienen acabados y decoraciones típicos de la región maravillosos, todo muy limpio. 4gece 5gün kaldık. Her şey çok güzeldi, odada masajlı jakuzi olması bambaşka bişey. Oda temiz, sessiz, romantik. Odadan çıkınca direkt manzaralı terasın olması, bir kat yukarıda Otelin kendi küçük restoranı olması güzel. İstediğimiz zaman güzel manzarada çay- kahve içiyorduk. Otelin konumu çok iyi . Gerçi ben balonları uyanınca görürüm sanıyordum ama cahillik mesafeyi hesaba katmamışım :) oda temiz ve düzenliydi sabah verilen kahvaltı gayet doyurucu ve çeşitliydi . Ürgüp merkezde olduğu için ulaşım kolaydı . Odayı uygulamada yazan saatten önce hazır etmeleri ve hızlı cevap vermeleri çok hoştu teşekkürler

Otelin konumu çok güzel her yere yakın , çalışanların ilgisi de güzel oda dizaynı hoş sadece temizlik konusunda eksiklikleri var umarım bu eksiği giderirler onun dışında hiçbir sorun yoktu

Küçük bir otel ve çalışanlar çok cana yakın , teras çok güzeldi ve kahvaltı çok lezzetliydi . Kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz .
