Nous étions deux familles avec 4 ados, et nous avons pu profiter de son emplacement idéal à proximité du centre et de la plage de Saint Jean de Luz (15 minutes à pieds sans forcer). La proximité avec le pôle jeunesse n’est pas un problème, notez quand même que la maison est mitoyenne d’un côté avec une isolation vraisemblablement un peu faible.
