En cuanto a las estancias comunes, Villa Lemar cuenta con una gran zona de salón comedor con chimenea, cocina totalmente equipada con los electrodomésticos y el menaje necesarios, y 5 baños con secador y albornoces.

Ya en el exterior, la casa cuenta con una enorme finca de más de 10.000 metros cuadrados, donde se encuentra el solárium, en el que hay una preciosa piscina desbordante con playa y donde podremos descansar en sus 3 camas balinesas. Junto a la piscina, se ubica la zona de barbacoa, con horno de leña para disfrutar de una amena comida al aire libre. Además cuenta con una pista de padel exclusiva dentro de la Villa
