On the edge of the village, this village house, close to the Cher River (400 m) and the Tronçais Forest (2 km), has been completely renovated with a modern white, black, and gray decor.
Ground floor: contemporary kitchen, living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190 cm), shower room (shower/toilet).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm), 1 family room comprising a large bedroom (1 queen bed 160 x 200 cm) and a small bedroom (1 single bed 90 x 190 cm), private toilet and sink. Mezzanine converted into a lounge area (1 single bed 90 x 190 cm), shower room (shower/toilet).
Wood-burning stove with fireplace and heat vents, and electric heating. Large, wooded green space with a lawn (1800 m²) at the rear, accessible via the laundry room on the garden level. On the road side, there is a closed courtyard (200 m²). Vallon-en-Sully is 10 km away. Saint-Amand-Montrond (18) is 18 km away.
Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on site at the end of your stay.
