"A beautifully renovated barn with all the charm. We had a wonderful stay with our two young children and dog. Every aspect of the stay was brilliant. The barn was toasty warm, the kitchen stocked with all appliances, the beds comfy and the lounging area relaxing. There is also a great sustainable ethos with the stay. The host was super friendly and knowledgable about the local area. I highly recommend and we will be going again."

"The is an old farm house, well maintained, on a working farm with a rooster, chickens, milk cows and incredible views. This is perfect if you want a stay in the mountains around Colmar and want to enjoy driving the roads and switchbacks around Les Voges and Hautes Rhein regions. The bad reviews are from people who expected a 4 star hotel, with room service, and no rooster to announce dawn in the mornings. "Great location, nicely central to all the activities and places the Vosges area has to offer. Beautiful, quiet setting, slightly up the mountainside. The natural landscape all around is breathtaking and the walking, hiking, trekking is as brilliant and varied as it is abundant. And so much of it just outside the front door. "The accommodations and location are fantastic not only for exploring the Alsace area, but also just to relax. I spent much of my time at the apartment sitting on the balcony overlooking the countryside. Dominique is a fantastic host and made sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast provided was incredible (local cheese, bread, milk, cereal, etc) and more than one person could possibly enjoy. He really goes above and beyond to ensure a good visit.
