"I love this hotel! Modern, clean and luxurious. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the fresh flavored water pitcher in the lobby. Unlimited bottles of water were also appreciated in the July heat. The breakfast bar had a decent selection although it was the same for both mornings we were there, a different variety of food would be nice. "

"This was absolutely an amazing stay, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff accommodated for my sick dog that we came to Urbana to get treatment for. They made this the easiest part of our trip , especially Trisha and Beau, they are so sweet ! Trisha went out of her way to check the cameras making sure our food delivery wasn’t stolen, this made me feel so comfortable and safe. I know i can trust these people with my life if i ever stay again ! Thank you to everyone who contributed to this amazing stay. If i am in town again i will definitely be spending my night here !"

"The hotel staff were superb! However, the Writers Room (restaurant) staff were horrible. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant were excellent, but they were having a bad night (long waits for service, food was late, cold, sent back, and still not right). Also, Lloyd’s (bar) were training new bartenders every night we were there, and the drinks were occasionally good but mostly horrible. We would definitely go back because we hope their training (bar and restaurant) get better. There are good bars and restaurants in this beautiful, walkable neighborhood. Again, the hotel front desk folks were superb!"
