The ice machine on our level was broken, but I think it was from over use for icing many sore muscles and injuries of hockey players bodies. Our entire team stayed stayed for the Provincials hockey tournament and was perfect, although there wasnt a separate room for team or parent gatherings. The only complaint was the breakfast was over prices, the hotel next door had a great coffee and breakfast sandwich at a fair price and tasty!!"

"Hotel was amazing, the view was spectacular!! The room itself though had a few items that needed fixing like the sliding door to the main room was broken, the sliding door to the lounge was extremely difficult to slide and the ensuite was very rough and had broken splatter rail and tiles throughout tho none of this spoilt the stay it would just be nice of the owners fixed this as they are renting a penthouse so it needs to be penthouse standard. "
