"Exactly what a boutique B&B should be. Exceptional service - great location- we had the balcony room with a view of the beach- would highly recommend the upgrade. Short walk to town & harbour area. Accurately listed on expedia. Thoughtfully decorated - loved the elclectic book selection in the room . Breakfast just fabulous. Jonathan was a great host - very helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do. Made for a great anniversary weekend."

"Stunning house, comfortable bed, lovley room with en-suite very lovley breakfast. We have had a lovely weekend stay at birch house, felt at home. Nice place to sit and chat with other guests. Would definitely book again "
