"The room was very nice, well lit, very roomy, and the bed comfortable. Nice. We loved the location and view. Good health food store next door. And, a gas station across the street. For me a shorter person, the bottom step of the stairway was higher than normal and when wet was slippery. So be careful when stepping down."

The location is close to everything we needed for supplies, groceries, gas, and dining. Amanda was very good at communicating with us. The bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.The amenities truly set this rental apart. The steam shower was an incredible luxury, and the sauna was a wonderful added touch for unwinding. The downstairs space is a game-changer and really makes the house – with a pool table, poker table, and "skeech" game, there was never a dull moment.The deck was also a great spot to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. Beyond the amazing property, the hosts were super easy to communicate with and incredibly responsive, which made the whole rental process seamless and stress-free.We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and well-equipped getaway!"

"Went offseason mid-May…Beautiful mountainside setting with views of the slopes…large, rustic Montana styled hotel with wooden beams throughout…room was spacious with 2 large Queen beds, more lighting would be better in the room, bathroom was fine but could be updated, food quality and service there was excellent, very nice service at front desk…no complaints, a very good stay."

"Old farmhouse, so if ladybugs aren’t your thing and you expect a modern interior- skip it. But if you know Rumford, love history and look for the cute quirks in a house- this is your place. It has so much character and the most spacious place I’ve ever stayed. "
