"Jim Was very nice & accommodating, with everything from the things you need to know to even having things you wouldn't expect, such as coffee,tea, fresh eggs, popcorn, ice cream & muffins. It was a nice clean & cozy, reasonable & private place to stay, but it's still close to the shore. I would definitely recommend it. "

"This property is a health hazard. There was mold around the property and it was very difficult to tolerate. I checked out after the 1st night because I was worried about my health. There was also a kitten in a restricted area of the house who was crying all night as if it was alone and unattended. I asked for a refund for the remaining time of my reservation and evolve declined and said there was no sufficient documentation to support my complaint. "Best; A homey atmosphere for our family. Quiet neighborhood. Good for activities inside and out. Owner very reachable and helpful. Not so good: property could use some additional attention to make rating higher. Outside bushes overgrown over pathway to front door. Had to walk on grass to get to entrance door.. A couple of additional chairs on the front porch would be a plus. No screen doors on back porch made bugs visitors. Lots of leftovers in fridge and and cutlery drawer required good...
