Luxurious Cozy Log Cabin in the Woods, Private getaway at the lake!

"Tom was very responsive to the questions we had ahead of time. Great property. Great layout for board games w the family. Kitchen was large and easy to work in. Although many steps to the lake, the steps were well constructed and so it was easy to get to, even w 3 kayaks. No curtains/shades on bedroom windows, which was a little off putting to our adult kids, but they rigged sheets to hang which seemed fine. Melrose was close w a great grocery store and firewood (check w Tom on that, as there wasnโt any at the fire pit.). Great stay! Kids loved the weekend."

"The house was very well suited for our group. We had 8 adults staying over night. The kitchen was dining area was well laid out. The deck was great with the grill, very handy."

"This property is so unique and fun! There were four of us in the treehouse and we were comfortable. All the outside spaces to hang out were delightful and we enjoyed all of them. We will definitely try to get back to the area and stay again."

"What a beautiful home! We had a large group of 16 and there were more than enough places to sleep. But the beauty of the place was there were many places you could go to find a quiet spot to read or chat with a small group. The house is also perfectly situated by the lake, where from the deck you were just steps away from the lake. There were also many seating options outside that easily accommodates large groups. Brett was very quick to respond to any inquiries we had. My extended family had a great time!"
